Treadsy Installer FAQs
I’ve just received my first Treadsy order, what happens next?
Congratulations! If they haven't done so already, our Customer Champion team will reach out to confirm your availability for the customer's appointment. We'll also follow up with additional emails letting you know which tires to look out for and when they are expected to arrive.
The customer has already paid the installation fee when they purchased their tires. If additional services are required (such as TPMS), please discuss with the customer at the time of the appointment.

Additional work or exceptions
We understand that certain jobs may require additional services and incur extra fees that have not been prepaid by the customer. Please discuss these services and fees with the customer before carrying out the work.
Payment options
There are two options available to you for payment:
- Direct Deposit – ACH payments will be made straight into your bank account every 7 or 30 days. This keeps the process streamlined and avoids any credit card fees.
- Credit Card – our Treadsy team will contact you to make payment over the phone with a credit card.
If you did not contact us previously to set up direct deposit, a member of the Treadsy team will contact you to make payment over the phone via credit card on behalf of the customer for every installation booked with your shop. If you wish to switch to direct deposit, please contact us via email at network@treadsy.com and we’ll happily assist you.
How do I update my business information, including fees?

Who is Treadsy?
Treadsy is a turnkey sales tool (or a custom integration) that can be added to any website to drive tire sales and installation services. For our installation partners, like you, Treadsy brings new customers from a range of sites straight into your shop.
What are the benefits for my business?
Treadsy drives new customers and additional revenue, as well as helps you grow your business. We currently only offer tire installation appointments. Soon, customers will have the ability to include additional services along with their tire installation, such as windshield washer top up or A/C checks.
We take the installation fee at checkout when customers purchase their tires, simplifying the process for you and your staff.
Our installation partners are then paid direct via credit card or direct deposit.
The direct deposit option eliminates credit card merchant transaction fees incurred when customers pay at the appointment. Treadsy is a simple bolt-on to your existing business.
