Treadsy Installer FAQs

I’ve just received my first Treadsy order, what happens next?

Congratulations! If they haven't done so already, our Customer Champion team will reach out to confirm your availability for the customer's appointment. We'll also follow up with additional emails letting you know which tires to look out for and when they are expected to arrive.

The customer has already paid the installation fee, disposal, and applicable taxes when they purchased their tires. If additional services are required (such as TPMS), please discuss with the customer at the time of the appointment.

How do I account for additional work or exceptions at the time of the customer’s appointment?

We understand that certain jobs may require additional services and incur extra fees that have not been prepaid by the customer. Please discuss these services and fees with the customer before carrying out the work.

Payment options

There are two options available to you for payment:

  1. Direct Deposit – ACH payments will be made straight into your bank account every 7 or 30 days. This keeps the process streamlined and avoids any credit card fees.
  2. Credit Card – our Treadsy team will contact you to make payment over the phone with a credit card.

If you did not contact us previously to set up direct deposit, a member of the Treadsy team will contact you to make payment over the phone via credit card on behalf of the customer for every installation booked with your shop. If you wish to switch to direct deposit, please contact us via email at network@treadsy.com and we’ll happily assist you.

How do I update my business information, including fees?
