Treadsy Installer FAQs

Congratulations! If they haven't done so already, our Customer Champion team will reach out to confirm your availability for the customer's appointment. We'll also follow up with additional emails letting you know which tires to look out for and when they are expected to arrive.

The customer has already paid the installation fee, disposal, and applicable taxes when they purchased their tires. If additional services are required (such as TPMS), please discuss with the customer at the time of the appointment.

We understand that certain jobs may require additional services and incur extra fees that have not been prepaid by the customer. Please discuss these services and fees with the customer before carrying out the work.

There are two options available to you for payment:

1. Direct Deposit – ACH payments will be made straight into your bank account every 7 or 30 days. This keeps the process streamlined and avoids any credit card fees.

2. Credit Card – our Treadsy team will contact you to make payment over the phone with a credit card.
